In The Garden Workshop Series (4 workshops)

Dates:   January 27, February 24, March 23, and April 27, 2023

Time:   9:30 am-11:30 am each 

Who:  People of all abilities who want to learn the basics of starting their home garden. 

What:  

  • Attend all 4 workshops in the Peacehaven "In the Garden Series" 
  • Seed Starting Basics (Jan. 27); Composting and Raised Bed Preparation (Feb. 24); Bulb Propagation (March 23); Tips for Transplanting (April 27)
  • Enjoy breakfast with Peacehaven staff, core members, and other participants during each workshop. 
  • Learn the basics of seed starting; composting and raised bed preparation, bulb propagation, and seedling transplanting in preparation for your home garden, from Peacehaven Farmer, Jonathan Bridges. (J.B.)
  • Hands-on instruction will be provided and each participant will leave with starter seeds, a mini compost kit, bulbs for propagation with a planter, and a seedling to transplant into your home garden.

Cost: 

  • $105 for each participant. This price reflects a 25% discount off the price of 4 separate workshop tickets.

Registration/Tickets:

  • Each attendee will need to be registered.
  • Participants will receive information before the event regarding directions, arrival procedures, etc.
  • Doors will open for this workshop at 9:15 am. 

Peacehaven's Event Refund Policy: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event or workshop date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 4-6 days of the event will incur a 30% fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are nonrefundable.
